Yawning across the northern half of the Asian continent is Siberia–a land whose name is synonymous with mystery, strife, and exile. Traditionally, this harsh world is home to pastoralist nomads who traveled this incredible land in search of resources for their herds. In modern times, it has become heavily mixed with Russian culture as well. Beyond it’s people, Siberia is home to incredible wildlife, including bears, leopards, and the world’s largest cat, the Siberian Tiger. Siberia is also the location of Lake Baikal, the largest freshwater lake on earth, holding nearly a quarter of the earth’s surface freshwater. Famed for it’s harsh winters, Siberia’s average winter temperatures routinely drop below zero degrees, causing the frozen land to be cloaked in ice and snow.

It is in this incredible wilderness where sixteen Americans have volunteered to be cast away, stranded with nothing more than the clothing on their backs and a single luxury item of their choosing. Divided into two tribes–Koryok; The Mountain and Yenisei; The River–they will compete in challenges to earn rewards and the right to stay in the game. Every three days, the castaways will attend Tribal Council, where they will vote one of their own from the game until only one remains to claim the million dollar prize. Who will outwit, outplay, and outlast all the others to become the Sole Survivor?
